Back in April, I had plans to go away for a few nights and found that me previous pet sitter had retired. I was worried about finding another because my cat is a senior and diabetic, requiring a few medications and insulin injections twice a day. I was just starting to see this page pop up, so I decided to ask how she was with medications. We had a great conversation, and while she had not administered needles before, she did go over a few other difficult pet care tasks that she has done and expressed that she had no problem at all learning how to care for Jaxy (my cat). I immediately picked up that Kristen is a determined and responsible person, and always wants to make sure every care is done the proper way. We had a meeting where she met Jaxy and clipped her nails, and then two or three more quick visits leading up to my trip where she learned (effortlessly!) to give Jaxy her insulin shots. Throughout the time I was away, I really appreciated that she gave me regular updates after her visits and she stayed for a little while each time to give Jaxy some company. And clearly, Jaxy was comfortable and not moping around because for the first time in a few years the old cat caught a mouse — which Kristen walked in on and handled perfectly and we still laugh about now. 😂 I’m really glad that I reached out to Kristen for Jaxy’s care. It is difficult to find someone to look after your pets and especially so when they have different needs or health conditions. But Kristen doesn’t bat an eye to any of it, each pet is just the way they are and if she hasn’t had experience with that particular thing yet then she’s willing to learn and do what she can. Thank you for your honesty, dedication, care, and communication. 💜

We’ve entrusted Leeloo, the smallest member of our family, to Kristen and her team twice now. They are dependable, reliable, and caring. Kristen is responsive to our questions and takes the time to meet us ahead of time to ensure she is up to date on Leeloo’s current routine. We also really appreciate the pictures and updates that she sends while we are away. We have so much confidence in this team – they have handled feeding (wet, hard, and now, raw), checking on water, and cleaning the litterbox daily. They play and snuggle, and make sure our cat is healthy, happy, and loved. It makes it easier for us to go away, knowing that our cat will be well cared for in our absence.

Just came back from a week away after using the Pet Nanny for the first time. This was also the first time I’ve had anyone other than family watch my 7 fur babies and I will 100%, without a doubt be using them again. We have 2 bunny’s, 3 guinea pigs, a parrot (caique) and a cat. I was so relaxed the whole time I was gone knowing they were so well cared for due to her regular updates. When I came home they were all happy, healthy, comfortable and clean. They obviously loved their nanny as much as I did. Kristen messaged me while I was away to make adjustments to the schedule we had set up for them as she noticed it might be stressing our caique parrot out a bit and she suggested another way to handle this and she was absolutely right. I appreciated her noticing quickly and adjusting according to his comfort and happiness. She was really amazing! And the prices were very reasonable. Already going to prebook another visit. Thanks again Pet Nanny for bringing such relief and comfort for all of us to have a wonderful holiday without worry.

I’ve known Kristen for about a year now (hard to believe) and wouldn’t trust anyone else but her to care for my animals! I have 5 Guinea pigs which she is very knowledgeable about. I’m going away on vacation soon and she even took the time to learn their feeding schedule and cage cleaning routine! Her prices are very fair and totally worth it for the amount of care and love she has for animals. 10/10 would definitely recommend 😊
